Soy-marinated Salmon Roe – Cured using the Malossol (low-salt) method with a special soy mix, the eggs deliver a full burst of rich flavour with a fresh taste and signature ‘pop’. The salmon caviar comes from fish caught in the cold, clean waters of Alaska.

Description
STORING & SERVING: Store frozen at -18°C. For best results, thaw under refrigeration for 24-48 hours. Do not thaw at room temperature. Do not thaw in water. Do not allow the product to come in direct contact with water. Store in an airtight container one defrosted. Consume within 3 days of thawing. Do not refreeze.
