Description
This product is ready to consume without cooking. For best results, thaw in the fridge for 24 hours. Remove from pack 10 minutes before serving to release the full flavour of this Smoked Mackerel/Lakerda. Once sliced, it is simply delicious on bread with butter and lemon wedges, with potatoes or on its own.
INGREDIENTS: Atlantic Mackerel (Scomber Scombrus) 99%, Salt.
NOTES: Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some may remain.
STORAGE: Store below -18° C. Once thawed, store in a refrigerator at -2° to 2° C and Consume within 3 days of opening the pack. Do not refreeze.
