A Japanese delicacy with a wonderfully savoury taste, Tarako is made from delicate sacks of Alaskan pollock roe, lightly salted to enhance its natural flavour. Inside the fine membrane are thousands of tiny, tender pearls, giving Tarako its distinctive texture and gentle ocean salinity.
Delicious served simply with steamed rice, tossed through pasta, or used to add a beautiful umami-rich finish to Japanese dishes.

Description
STORING & SERVING: Store frozen at -18°C. For best results, thaw under refrigeration for 24-48 hours. Do not thaw at room temperature. Do not thaw in water. Do not allow the product to come in direct contact with water. Store in an air tight container one defrosted. Consume within 24-48 hours of thawing. Do not refreeze.
