SHIPPING PROCESS GUIDE:
Below is a guide to our shipping process for individual areas. If you have any queries, please email or call us before placing the order! We are more than happy to help!
Orders placed using the incorrect shipping method are subject to admin fees.
Orders are dispatched with a third-party specialised temperature-controlled courier. Notifications are sent to your email and/or mobile by 6AM on the day of delivery (some with a track and trace link and real time ETA).
Please ensure someone is home to accept delivery of the order. Orders are perishable and Authority to Leave (ATL) is done at your own risk*. Orders are not packed in esky's, as the courier is temperature-controlled. If you require an esky and ice, please purchase before check-out. Please leave detailed delivery notes during check-out to assist our couriers to deliver safetly and efficiently.
* If the courier is asked to leave the parcel, we accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
We endeavor to ship goods as fast as possible. However, during high volume periods, there may be some minor delays. (Easter, Long Weekends, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas & New Years). Please be mindful of our cut-off times.
Please note, some of the following processes (i.e. tracking) may not be available when substitute couriers are used during busy holiday seasons or different shipping options are selected.
We are open to the public every FRIDAY from 10AM-4PM.

The Alaskan Crab Co. warehouse is in a Business Park - located on the left when you drive in, by the large turning circle.
Please ensure to use parking bays. If full, please park safely around the area in front of our warehouse (always obey parking signs).
Do not park in other warehouse bays. Use street parking if neccessary.

PICK-UP TIMES: 10AM-3PM
DAY/TIME SELECTION: At check-out, please select a pick-up day and time slot.
COST: $29.95 flat fee
ORDER CUT-OFF: TUESDAY 11:59PM (for same week delivery / 3-4 business day turnaround)
DELIVERY DAYS: FRIDAY & SATURDAY (excl. Public Holidays) - You can make a selection in the Calendar during check-out.
DELIVERY TIME: 6am-6pm

ORDER CUT-OFF: Requires 2 FULL BUSINESS days (last orders for the week must be placed by 11:59PM Wednesday)
DELIVERY DAYS: TUESDAY - SUNDAY (excl. Public Holidays) - You can make a selection in the Calendar during check-out.
DELIVERY TIME: 6am-6pm

DELIVERY DAYS: FRIDAY (excl. Public Holidays)
DELIVERY TIME: 8am-6pm
This third-party courier is a refrigerated service (not frozen). Orders are dispatched on Tuesday's and travel for 4 days under refrigeration, until delivered on Friday. Delays can occur, which we do not have any control over. Your order can be tracked via the link provided to you.
NOTE: Any orders placed using the Refrigerated Courier that contain frozen items will be automatically refunded, minus an admin fee, unless you provide authority to proceed in your customer notes. Please specify the following:
"I accept the risk that my items will thaw and be near or at the products' useby date upon delivery via the refrigerated shipping method".
- Fresh items (such as the Alaskan Crab Meat) have short expiry dates (5-6 days from dispatch). We do not reccomend shipping this via this refrigerated courier.

AIR FREIGHT:
Air freight must be picked up from the Cargo Facilities. It is not delivered to your door.
Delivery to Major Domestic Airports is provided by Virgin Cargo.
Delivery to regional airports is provided via Qantas Freight.
* Please note that regional airports are often serviced by connecting flights. Due to the time it takes to get to the final destination, your order may not arrive Frozen.
COST: From $70.00 (by weight) - request quote at check-out

Once your order is placed, we endeavour to process and package it within 1-3 business days.
On the 3rd / 4th business day, we deliver your parcel to the Airline Freight Services at Sydney Airport.
Your parcel is then placed in a cool room until the next available flight (uplift within 24 hours).
Once your parcel arrives at the airport you selected, it is then placed in a cool room until you pick it up (available 60 minutes after flight arrival).
We provide you with an Air Waybill (AWB) which you can use to track your parcels’ progress to your airport destination of choice. You must provide this AWB and your driver’s licence when picking up. Free parking is available at all Qantas Freight and Virgin Cargo locations.
We can ship small quantities of goods with Australia Post Express. Please request a shipping quote and send us an email to advise that you wish to ship this way.
ANY ORDER SHIPPED WITH AUSTRALIA POST IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR DAMAGED OR SPOILT GOODS.

ORDER ARRIVAL: Within 1-3 days of shipment
To request a shipping quote for:
- Australia Post (shipping at your own risk), or
- Air freight (pick-up from destination airport),
1. Add all the products you wish to ship to your cart.
2. Proceed to the check-out and fill in all the required details.
3. At the shipping options, click "CLICK HERE to Request A Quote"
4. Your Shipping Quote Request has been sent!
Your shipping costs will be calculated and emailed back to you within 1-3 business days. Please DO NOT process a payment for this order until you receive the quote via email.
