We are the sole importers of genuine Alaskan King Crab in Australia.

There is no denying that the feeling of being sold Chilean Crab under the guise of Alaskan King Crab is devastating. We guarantee that our crab, wild caught in the cold, icy waters of the Bering Sea, is the real deal.

It is definitely the Deadliest, most Delicious catch.

Products such as the freshly hand-picked Alaskan King Crab meat and Alaskan Snow Crab Meat have a shelf life of 5 days from production. There are no preservatives in these products – they are made fresh on-site every morning.

Our Alaskan Crab Dip and Hot Smoked Salmon Dip now have a use-by of 3 weeks from production when purchased online. 

Frozen products should be stored below -18°C.
Frozen products should be thawed under refrigeration between 0°C and +2°C. Once thawed, the product is best consumed within 24-48 hours. 
Do not refreeze a thawed product.

You can freeze our freshly hand-picked Alaskan King Crab meat and Alaskan Snow Crab Meat on the date of receival for optimal freshness when you decide to defrost.

We do not recommend freezing the Alaskan King Crab Dip as the base (Mayonnaise) does not defrost well. If you do, please ensure to mix through some more Japanese Mayonnaise for renewed freshness, flavour and texture.

Please note: Freezing does affect the quality of most foods and may not result in the best eating experience.

The main difference between salmon and trout caviar is the taste, texture and size.

Wild Salmon Caviar has a robust and creamy flavour with a large soft egg that melts in your mouth.

Farmed Salmon Caviar has a slightly milder flavour with a large, firm egg.

Trout Caviar has the mildest and sweetest flavour of all 3 types,. with a firm and smaller egg size.

Wild caviar comes from a wild caught fish that is caught once the salmon enters fresh water and is ready to release its eggs. This ensures that the caviar is ripe for harvesting and the eggshell is soft. It is hormone, antibiotic and preservative free.

Farmed caviar comes from a fish that has been artificially fed and is harvesting by a hand-milking process. This process produces a caviar with a much firmer egg texture, as the eggs are not completely matured.

An Alaskan Crab Cluster comprises of 3 long legs and one claw joined by the shoulder.
One Alaskan King Crab cluster will feed approximately 2-3 people.
One Alaskan Snow Crab cluster will feed approximately 1-2 people.

At the online check-out you will be prompted to pay by Paypal or Direct Deposit if you are receiving your order by delivery. For Sydney Metro/Surrounds, your Flat rate shipping will be automatically included in this price.
For regional NSW and interstate orders, we will contact you with the final shipping price and you can provide us with a payment method of your choice to settle the balance.

I RECIEVED THE WRONG PRODUCTS!
We are so sorry for the error! It should never have happened. However, please help us fix the error in a timely manner for you!
Keep our goods safe and fresh by storing items correctly (Frozen or Chilled) and send us an email within 30 minutes of delivery. Goods should never be left longer than this out of temperature controlled environments. If you have not stored the goods correctly in order to facilitate a swap & re-delivery, we may be unable to offer you any assistance. We will inspect goods upon arrival before re-delivering.

Please be transparent in regards to the goods that you recieved upon delivery. Chances are, there may have been a mix-up of boxes during delivery and the courier can swing past you and switch it over! Not advising us of the exact items you recieved will delay the investigation. We will not provide refunds or re-deliveries until we can resolve the issue.

 

I INSTRUCTED THE COURIER TO LEAVE THE GOODS BY THE DOOR. THERE WAS NO ESKY OR ICE! NOW THE GOODS HAVE THAWED. 
Our products are carefully monitored within our warehouse, as well as throughout delivery with our in-house & third-party temperture-controlled vehicles. Therefore, there is no requirement for additional costs of ice packs and eskies (this is how we keep our prices so low!). If you did not add ice and an esky to your order and instructed the courier to leave the goods, unfortunatley, this was done so at your own risk. We advised you of this before shipment.
