Description
This product is ready to consume without cooking. For best results, thaw in the fridge for 24 hours. Remove from pack 10 minutes before serving to release the full flavour of this Smoked Eel.
INGREDIENTS: Freshwater Eel (anguilla dieffenbachii)
NOTES: Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some may remain.
STORAGE: Store below -18° C (Best Before 2 years from Pack Date – on pack). Once thawed, store in a refrigerator at -2° to 2° C and Consume within 3 days of opening the pack. Do not refreeze.
