The Alaskan Crab Co. warehouse is in a Business Park - located on the left when you drive in, by the large turning circle.
Please ensure to use parking bays. If full, please park safely around the area in front of our warehouse (always obey parking signs).
Do not park in other warehouse bays. Use street parking if neccessary.

Any orders processed after the cut-off are not guaranteed to be dispatched for the selected delivery date. If the date you select is full, we will move you to the next available date.

Courier deliveries occur between 6AM-8PM during the busy festive season.

Orders are dispatched with a third-party specialised temperature-controlled courier.
All products in your order are split into two boxes: Frozen & Chilled. The courier will store these boxes as required and reunite them for delivery.
Notifications are sent to your email and/or mobile by 8PM the night before your delivery day (with a real time ETA tracking link).
Please ensure someone is home to accept delivery of the order. Orders are perishable and Authority to Leave (ATL) is done at your own risk*.
Orders are not packed in esky's, as the courier is temperature-controlled. If you require an esky and ice, please purchase before check-out. Keep in mind that if you are purchasing both Frozen and Chilled items, you will need to purchase 2 eskies.
*If the courier is asked to leave the parcel, we accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods.

REFRIGERATED COURIER DELIVERIES
Refrigerated (NO FROZEN PRODUCTS) Courier Information
We encourage all customers to reach out to us via email (sales@alaskancrabco.com.au) or text 0432 576 180 if you have any questions at all regarding this delivery method.
Any orders placed using the Refrigerated Courier that contain frozen items will be automatically refunded, minus an admin fee, UNLESS you provide authority to proceed in your customer notes. Please specify the following:
"I accept the risk that my items will thaw and be near or at the products' useby date upon delivery via the refrigerated shipping method".
The only products able to be sent safely with this method are:

Orders are dispatched with a third-party specialised refrigerated courier. All products in your order will only be stored under refrigeration. Orders are dispatched on Tuesday's and travel for 4 days under refrigeration, until delivered on Friday. Delays can also occur, which we do not have any control over.

INTERSTATE AIR FREIGHT DELIVERIES
Order Cut-Off Date
Final orders for all Airfreight Interstate deliveries must be placed by:

Any orders/quotes processed after the cut-off are not guaranteed to be dispatched before the New Year.
Air Freight - Major Domestic Airports
Major Domestic Airports are serviced by Virgin Cargo Flights.
Delivery Dates:

- Full detailed pick-up instructions will be provided at least one day prior to shipment.
- Orders usually arrive to the destination in the early afternoon (each destination differs depending on flights). Once arrived, there is refrigerated storage for your goods until you pick-up. We encourage you to pick-up as quick as possible to avoid thawing.
NOTES ON AIR FREIGHTING: Orders are dispatched with a third-party airline carrier under refrigeration. Unfortunately, once we deliver the goods to the airline, we have no control over the handling of goods or flight cancellations/delays. Delays/cancellations of flights are a risk of air freighting perishable goods, this is done at your own risk (unless at a direct fault of the Carrier, which we will pursue). While most parcels travel to their destinations on time, there can be cases of emergency goods needing to take precedent on a flight and goods are bumped to the next available flight. This can result in partially defrosted goods on arrival.
