Alaskan Crab Co is a division of Deep Sea Harvest Pty Ltd, and is 100% Australian owned. The company was founded on the legacy of two seasoned entrepreneurs, Peter and Alex, whose deep-rooted knowledge of the Bering Sea and passion for exceptional seafood laid the foundation for everything we do today.
Their vision lives on through Lina and Stephanie, alongside a tight-knit team of devoted staff - dedicated to premium caviar and seafood. Together, we honour Peter and Alex’s legacy by continuing to bring the world’s finest seafood to Australian shores.
We specialise in wild-caught, sustainably sourced Alaskan King Crab, Alaskan Snow Crab, and Hokkaido Crabs, renowned for their purity, flavour, and quality. Our exclusive caviar range includes Beluga, Osetra Sturgeon (Karat Collection), and Wild Salmon Caviar — all carefully selected to meet the highest standards in taste and traceability.

THE INFAMOUS ALASKAN KING CRAB
From the icy depths of the Bering Sea, we bring you the finest wild-caught Alaskan King Crab, Snow Crab, and Hokkaido Hair Crab. These crabs are harvested in some of the world’s coldest, cleanest waters, cooked in seawater on board, disjointed into clusters, and blast frozen within minutes of the catch. This precise, single-touch handling process preserves the crab’s natural purity, snowy white meat, and rich ocean flavour.
Now making waves in Australia is the Golden King Crab — a prized variety known for its distinctive golden shell and naturally sweeter taste. A favourite in the U.S. fine dining scene, it offers excellent value without compromising on luxury.
CRAB MEAT & CRAB DIP
Our hand-picked Alaskan King Crab meat and signature Alaskan Crab Dip are prepared fresh daily, using only natural ingredients — no preservatives, no additives, just pure, sweet crab. Crafted in our Australian facility, the crab cocktail is made to our original house recipe, striking the perfect balance of freshness, creaminess, and richness.

BLACK CAVIAR
Alaskan Crab Co. proudly offers an exclusive range of black caviars to suit every taste and occasion — from the legendary Beluga to the premium Karat Osetra Sturgeon Collection, including Renaissance, Gothic, and Golden varieties.

WILD SALMON CAVIAR
Our Wild Salmon Caviar from Deep Sea Harvest and Caviar Société is sustainably sourced from MSC-certified fisheries in the cold, pristine waters of Alaska. This roe is cured using the Malossol method (low salt) to maintain its natural flavour, vibrant red-orange colour, and iconic pop.
The pearls are large, glossy, slightly translucent, and offer a burst of fresh, oceanic flavour with a smooth, honey-like centre. 100% natural and free from preservatives or additives, it’s a nutritious, flavour-packed delicacy — perfect for garnishing sushi, blinis, seafood dishes or enjoyed simply with crème fraîche.
