Tassal’s farm site ‘Redcliffs’ hangs just off the coast of Dover, known for being exposed to all the elements and where many of our quality salmon are raised and nurtured. Once harvested Superior Gold salmon is dry cured in Australian sea salt and then gently smoked using sustainable Beechwood chips to produce a world renowned delicious smoky flavour. The salmon is then carefully sliced and vacuum sealed for freshness, ensuring a high quality product which is a rich source of Omega-3. Simply delicious with bagels, butter and lemon wedges or scrambled eggs.

Description

STORING & SERVING: Store frozen at -18°C. For best results, thaw under refrigeration for 24-48 hours. Do not thaw at room temperature. Do not thaw in water. Do not allow the product to come in direct contact with water. Store in an air tight container one defrosted. Consume within 24-48 hours of thawing. Do not refreeze.

INGREDIENTS: Tasmanian grown Atlantic Salmon (Salmo salar) (97%), Salt, Acidity Regulators (262, 325), Natural Woodsmoke.
