Tassal’s farm site ‘Redcliffs’ hangs just off the coast of Dover, known for being exposed to all the elements and where many of our quality salmon are raised and nurtured.

Once harvested Superior Gold salmon is dry cured in Australian sea salt and then gently smoked using sustainable Beechwood chips to produce a world renowned delicious smoky flavour. The salmon is then carefully sliced and vacuum sealed for freshness, ensuring a high quality product which is a rich source of Omega-3.

Description

This product is ready to consume without cooking. For best results, thaw in the fridge for 24 hours. Remove from pack 10 minutes before serving to release the full flavour of this Smoked Salmon. Simply delicious with bagels, butter and lemon wedges or scrambled eggs.

INGREDIENTS: Tasmanian grown Atlantic Salmon (Salmo salar) (97%), Salt, Acidity Regulators (262, 325), Natural Woodsmoke.

NOTES:
Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some may remain.

STORAGE:
Store below -18° C. Once thawed, store in a refrigerator at -2° to 2° C and Consume within 3 days of opening the pack. Do not refreeze.
