These delicious, sweet and tender whole tiger prawns from Skull Island in the Gulf of Carpentaria, Australia are processed and blast frozen within minutes of harvest. They are extremely versatile and excellent for display purposes. The simplest way to cook the prawns is fried on a BBQ.

STORING & SERVING: Store frozen at -18°C. For best results, thaw under refrigeration for 24-48 hours. Do not thaw at room temperature. Do not thaw in water. Do not allow the product to come in direct contact with water. Store in an air tight container one defrosted. Consume within 24-48 hours of thawing. Do not refreeze.
