Description
This product is ready to consume without cooking. For best results, thaw in the fridge for 24 hours. Remove from pack 10 minutes before serving to release the full flavour of this Lightly Salted Herring. Once sliced, it is simply delicious on potatoes with oil & onion.
INGREDIENTS: Atlantic Herring (Clupea harengus., Catching Area: FAO-27) (97%): (water, salt, sugar, presevatives (E211, E202)).
NOTES: Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some may remain.
STORAGE: Store below -18° C. Once thawed, store in a refrigerator at -2° to 2° C for up to 90 days and consume within 3 days of opening the pack. Do not refreeze.
