It takes around three years to raise a salmon and Leroy Seafood controls the complete value chain, from hatching the eggs to your plate. More than 200 years of fishing and smoking fish on Osteroy island on the west coast of Norway forms the backbone of Leroy Fossen smokehouse. In the middle of the stunning Osterfjord, knowledge of smoking fish caught from the surrounding fjords, has been handed down through generations.

Description

STORING & SERVING: Store frozen at -18°C. For best results, thaw under refrigeration for 24-48 hours. Do not thaw at room temperature. Do not thaw in water. Do not allow the product to come in direct contact with water. Store in an air tight container one defrosted. Consume within 24-48 hours of thawing. Do not refreeze.
