CopperTree Farms Butter is developed using traditional French methods. The butter has a natural acidity that balances out its rich creaminess. CTF don’t alter the natural process of the butter churn, resulting in a high fat content percentage (84-85%) that gives a clean and fresh product. ​​As well as using the highest quality Australian cream, they use the best additional ingredients to flavour our butter, including Murray River Pink Salt Flakes from South Australia.
