If you wish to consume your product on a certain date, please make a note of this during check-out and we will dispatch as close to this date as possible. Please keep this in minding when shipping interstate via our Refrigerated Courier (4 days in transit).

STORING & SERVING:
- FRESH CRAB MEAT: Store chilled between +2°C to +4°C. Best consumed within Useby Date on product (5 days from production).
- FROZEN CRAB MEAT: Store frozen at -18°C. For best results, thaw under refrigeration for 24-48 hours. Do not thaw at room temperature. Do not thaw in water. Do not allow the product to come in direct contact with water. Store in an air tight container one defrosted. Consume within 24-48 hours of thawing. Do not refreeze.
