Cured using the Malossol (low-salt) method, the salmon caviar comes from fish caught in the cold, clean waters of Alaska. The eggs deliver a full burst of flavour with a fresh taste and signature ‘pop’. Bright red-orange colour with a liquid, honey-like centre.

STORING & SERVING: Store under refrigeration (0°C to +2°C) unopened until Useby Date on packaging. Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume within 3 days.
