Description
This product required preparation/cooking. For best results, thaw in the fridge for 24 hours. Bring to the boil in salty water and simmer for 45 minutes. Once cooled, sear in a medium to high heat pan for 3-4 minutes per side. Season with your prices of choice and mix through you favourite salad to serve.

STORAGE: Store below -18° C. Once thawed, store in a refrigerator at -2° to 2°C and cook within 2 days of opening the pack. Do not refreeze.
