Description
This product is ready to consume without cooking. For best results, thaw in the fridge for 24 hours. Remove from pack 10 minutes before serving to release the full flavour of this cured Salmon. Gravalax is an impressive party dish with its own aromatic flavour, quite different from the smoked variety. Serve on its own or with freshly baked bread or compliment with a sweet honey, dill and mustard sauce.
INGREDIENTS: Atlantic Salmon (Salmo salar), salt, sugar, pepper, dill, natural aroma, natural wood smoke.
NOTES: Although every care has been taken to remove all bones some may remain.
STORAGE: Store below -18° C. Once thawed, store in a refrigerator at -2° to 2° C and Consume within 3 days of opening the pack. Do not refreeze.
